Coaching

Brilliant! I was unsure how useful coaching would be at this stage of my career. The process has been very challenging but I am now making a more positive contribution to my team and the wider organisation in my  leadership role. (Client)

What happens next?

The first step is an Enquiry call. This is usually a 15 to 30-minute phone conversation scheduled with a lead coach, who will assess your needs and situation. It is an opportunity for you to ask questions and clarify your options. Grace Owen Solutions charges no fee for this call.

The second step, should you choose to proceed, is to book either a consultation or programme:

Consultation: a 2 to 3-hour, one-off intensive coaching session, which usually takes place face to face. Do you need a motivational boost and short term action plan to implement on your own? Then this is the best option for you.

Programme: 6 coaching sessions each lasting 1 to 2 hours over 6 to 12 months. This usually takes place face to face and over the phone. Do you need to take a deep review of your leadership effectiveness and career strategy before taking action? Then this is the best option for you. Text and email is used for updates and ‘just-in-time support’ between sessions.

Finally, we also offer:

Check in: a 1 to 2-hour ad hoc coaching session for past clients. This usually takes place over the phone. Clients choose this option to stay on track with their action plan, review their outcomes and identify new stretching goals.

Just days after the programme ended I was selected for a change management project role in a global organisation. The clarity I’d gained through coaching to make this choice was essential and I am now steps closer to my true vocation. Thanks again. (Client)
