How do I know I am ready?
These questions are designed to establish the level of your commitment to coaching
  • Do you want to clarify and achieve what is important to you?
  • Are you prepared to invest in yourself?
  • Can you make and keep appointments to work on your goals?
  • Is there a gap between where you are now and where you want to be?
  • Are you fully willing to do what is required to get you to where you want to go?
  • Are you willing to try new things even if you are not 100% convinced they will work?
  • From your knowledge of coaching is it the appropriate intervention to enable you to achieve the goals you have?
  • Do you have the patience to take consistent action towards your goals, regardless of how immediate the results are?
  • Do have the support you need to make significant changes?
  • Are you committed to make lasting change and improvement to your career?

If you answered no to two or more of these questions, you will need to make adjustments before the coaching can be effective.
