She has an MSc in Learning and Development (with distinction) from Revans University USA, a certificate in Entrepreneurship and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Ashridge Business School Alumni. Over the years Grace has built up more than 15,000 hours experience of developing people and delivering measurable results in behaviour change and to the bottom line.
